Lynchburg, Va. (WSET) — The Lynchburg area has been added to the Tropical Storm Warning as the Zeta moves into VirginiaThursday morning, Oct. 29. The warning means wind gusts over 40-50mph are expected during the heavy rain. Gusts could exceed 50-60mph across Southside.
