The Salt Lake County Health Department is addressing concerns about pre-planned events now that the state tightened up restrictions on gatherings in its new COVID-19 guidelines. Events and gatherings in Salt Lake County will be allowed to go on as planned through Oct. 28, but organizers will have to follow what were previously the state’s guidelines for the “yellow” or moderate risk level.
