Governor gives green light to cocktails to go in Georgia

Gov. Brian Kemp signed legislation Wednesday making it legal for restaurants to sell patrons cocktails to go when they order takeout food, a major concession to the restaurant industry hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
