Cynthia Donald, a 14-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department (CPD), has filed a civil lawsuit against former CPD Superintendent Eddie Johnson alleging that she was subjected to “unwanted and uninvited sexual advances, abuse, harassment, and a hostile work environment” by Johnson, her superior and supervisor, court filings show.
